About Aarush
My teaching methodology for Chemistry is built on four key principles: Accountability, Creativity, Communication, and Relevance. I believe in setting clear goals and expectations for each student, encouraging them to take responsibility for their learning by tracking their progress and reflecting on their understanding. This approach fosters a sense of ownership and motivates students to engage actively in their studies.
Chemistry can sometimes seem abstract, so I use creative methods to make it relatable. By incorporating real-life examples, experiments, and interactive activities, I spark curiosity and deepen understanding. Connecting concepts to everyday experiences helps students see the relevance of Chemistry in the world around them.
Open communication is vital in the learning process, so I encourage students to ask questions and express their thoughts freely. I adapt my teaching style to suit each student's unique needs, ensuring that complex topics are explained in simple, understandable terms. Besides Chemistry, I also teach related subjects like Biochemistry and Environmental Science. This integrated approach helps students grasp the interconnectedness of scientific concepts, enhancing their overall learning experience. Together, these principles create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can thrive in their understanding of Chemistry and beyond.
