About Christy

I have been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. I love music and play multiple instruments as well as sing. In my spare time I love getting outdoors and hiking, walking or doing something with my family and friends. I myself am a self-proclaimed lifelong learner. I have two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree, of which I earned all of them while being employed full time and raising a family. I struggled through grade school with a learning disability, and by learning how to work around it, I was a successful college student and successful in my career. I learned that you have to find what best works for you and your learning style and then capitalize on your strengths.

About the lesson

I am a super fun and entertaining person and make lessons memorable. You get more out of lessons when you’re engaged and the material is presented in a way that is relatable and understandable. I am a very patient person and enjoy helping others learn and be successful academically.
