About Amy
I normally run retreats around Europe and parts of Asia and Morocco. Teaching has always come naturally.
The focus on these retreats are building trust and honing skills like intuitive writing to encourage creativity to flourish. I have also taught yoga for many years and weave practices like contemplation and visualisations to encourage and support the writing process.
I also love lifting weights, juicing, being very close to nature at all time, especially the ocean.

First we find out what your needs are, what direction you want to go, what you likes and dislikes are, and where you have the biggest obstacles when it comes to creative writing.
I take you through a process of writing to allow free flow and build confidence in the way you approach writing.
Finally you build trust and learn your unique process of for writing.
