About Evangeline
I am a dedicated Biology tutor with 6 years of teaching experience, passionate about helping students understand science with confidence and curiosity. Over the years, I have worked with learners from K–12 through the first year of college, supporting different academic levels, learning styles, and educational goals.
My teaching approach is patient, encouraging, and highly adaptable. I believe biology should be understood rather than simply memorized, so I explain challenging ideas using clear language, practical examples, visual resources, and logical connections. I enjoy helping students explore topics such as cell biology, genetics, ecology, evolution, anatomy, physiology, microbiology, and molecular biology.
With six years of experience, I have developed the ability to identify where a student is struggling and adjust my approach accordingly. I create a comfortable environment where students can ask questions freely, work through mistakes, and gradually become more independent learners.

My biology lessons are designed to make life science clear, engaging, and easier to remember. I teach students from K–12 through the first year of college, adapting every session to their academic level, learning pace, and specific goals. Whether you are learning biology for the first time, preparing for an exam, completing assignments, or strengthening weak areas, I create lessons that focus on genuine understanding rather than simple memorization.
We can explore topics such as cell biology, genetics, evolution, ecology, human anatomy, physiology, microorganisms, plant biology, and molecular biology. I use straightforward explanations, relatable examples, diagrams, guided questions, and practice activities to help students connect individual concepts.
My lessons are interactive and student-centered. I encourage learners to ask questions, explain ideas in their own words, and apply knowledge to unfamiliar problems. For students preparing for tests, I can also provide revision strategies, topic-based practice, and exam-focused guidance.
