About Mojdeh

Hi, I’m Mojdeh, you can call me Moji. I hold a Master of Architecture from the University of Calgary and am an Intern Architect AIBC with five years of professional experience, primarily in high-rise residential design, as well as healthcare-focused, commercial, and mass-timber projects.

Throughout my education and career, I have received multiple architectural awards and developed a strong understanding of how to communicate design ideas through portfolios, drawings, diagrams, presentations, and storytelling.

I enjoy helping architecture and design students recognize the strengths in their work, clarify their ideas, and present their projects with greater confidence. My approach is supportive, honest, and practical. I provide constructive feedback while encouraging students to develop their own voice and make their own design decisions.

I look forward to supporting you as you build your skills and move closer to your academic or professional goals.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to your background, current skills, and goals. Before each session, you can share the project, portfolio, application, or software skill you would like to focus on so I can structure the lesson around your needs.

During a typical session, we will review your work together, identify what is already working, and discuss clear ways to improve it. I can guide you through portfolio organization, visual storytelling, diagrams, plans, sections, presentations, architecture-school applications, resumes, and personal statements. I also offer software tutoring in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino, and Revit, as well as mock interviews and portfolio-presentation practice.

My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on helping you communicate your ideas with confidence. With a Master of Architecture, five years of professional experience, and multiple architectural awards, I understand how to translate a design concept into a clear and compelling story.

These lessons are suitable for architecture and design students, university applicants, recent graduates, and emerging professionals.

All sessions are educational and feedback-based. I will guide, teach, and provide constructive feedback, but you remain responsible for creating and completing your own work.
