I’m a Maths tutor with over 8 years of experience and an MSc in Statistics. My work focuses on connecting mathematical problem-solving with the world of creative arts and design. In my lessons, we explore how parametric equations can generate stunning patterns and dynamic generative art. I also teach Fourier analysis to reveal how mathematics shapes sound synthesis and digital audio. Tessellations and geometric patterns are another exciting part of my teaching, blending structure with creativity.
I guide students in applying these mathematical ideas through hands-on projects using tools like Processing and Blender. These platforms allow us to visualise abstract equations and turn them into living, moving art. My approach encourages experimentation, curiosity, and discovery, making each lesson both structured and imaginative. I enjoy helping learners of all levels bridge the gap between creativity and computation. Together, we explore how formulas evolve into forms, and how equations give rise to expression.
