About Jesse
I am a marketing student in my final year, I have morning classes from 8-11AM. My hobbies are working out, reading, enjoying life ,and learning and adapting to life’s changes. I study at Varsity College Waterfall - Midrand. I ran for my high school athletics team, breaking two consecutive records with my relay team and made it to the first round of provincial trials for Athletics Gauteng North. I am fun, diligent, motivational and supportive.

My teaching method is based on my old coach’s philosophy of dedication and consistency. I believe these two traits push people to better themselves and help them gain their dreams at a faster rate. I would base classes and sessions around pure fitness and drive. I have a good knowledge on the different athletic exercises and training methods needed to excel in this field.
