About
I’m Mariya, an undergraduate student, and English has always been one of my favorite subjects. I’ve genuinely enjoyed reading, writing, understanding the language, and expressing myself through it since I was a student myself. Over time, I realized that something I naturally enjoyed could also become something I could share with others.
I want to teach because I know that English can feel difficult or intimidating when you don't have someone who explains it in a way that makes sense to you. I want my classes to feel comfortable and encouraging, where students can ask questions freely, make mistakes, and gradually become more confident.
For me, teaching isn't just about passing on what I know. I enjoy the feeling of helping someone finally understand something they were struggling with, and I’d love to make English as enjoyable for my students as it has been for me.

Before starting, I would like to understand the student's current level and what they specifically need help with. Classes will then be planned accordingly.
I believe students learn better when they understand why something is correct instead of simply memorizing it, so I use explanations, examples, practice questions and short activities during lessons.
