About Vladyslav

Hi there! I am a Marine Engineering student at the City of Glasgow College, currently pursuing the SPD course. I wanted to share a bit about myself with you. Before moving to Scotland, I was studying the ETO course for my Bachelor's degree, but unfortunately had to terminate it due to some unforeseen circumstances that happened in my country. At home I showed an exceptional result and was highly awarded. However, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience from my diverse educational background, which has helped me become a good tutor. I can confidently say that I can help you with subjects such as Thermodynamics, Physics, Trigonometry, Maths (A-level, GCSE), and Dynamics. Even though I am new to tutoring, I promise to put in my best efforts to make STEM subjects much more interesting and enjoyable than you might think. So don't hesitate to reach out if you need any help - I'm here to support you!

About the lesson

I always strive to create a friendly and welcoming environment in our lesson, where students feel comfortable to ask questions without any hesitation. I spend time getting to know each of my students individually, so I can tailor my teaching methods to suit their unique learning styles. I'm proficient in Maths (A-level, GCSE), Physics, and other exciting subjects like Thermodynamics, Dynamics, and Hydrodynamics. But I don't just focus on memorising formulas! Instead, I prioritise helping students understand underlying concepts, and I use interactive activities to make the learning process more enjoyable and engaging. I love to see my students have those "aha" moments and truly understand the subject matter.
