About David

I am a professional chemistry/biology teacher with advanced level high school teaching experience as well as a university lecturer. I have done research in environmental chemistry, and most of the work I have done is published in international peer reviewed journals. I hold BSc with Education, MSc in Environmental Science and Master of Research in Environmental Science. Currently, I am doing PhD research in Marine Chemistry with a bias in ocean water quality.

About the lesson

I employ a number of learner centered methods of teaching such as teacher guided discovery and exploration, and I pay attention to individual learners differences. I believe in motivational and creative approaches, and simulating learning environment for all. All children are born capable of learning, what matters is how we (the teachers) teach them.

I have known David since 2012, and he is an outstanding Chemistry teacher. He has a special way of breaking down complex Chemistry concepts into real-life applications, making learning easier and more enjoyable. David is passionate about education and truly cares about his students.

He has taught and researched Chemistry in Uganda, Australia, and the United States, gaining rich experience from different teaching environments. With his background in high school, university, and private tutoring, he brings both deep knowledge and practical skills to his lessons. He's not only a great Teacher but a dedicated professional who inspires his students. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and highly engaging Chemistry Tutor.
