About Sophie
I am a recent Marine Biology and Coastal Ecology graduate who specialised in ecology, conservation, microbiology and wildlife. I have worked in schools for 2 years overall (with full DBS check) and have been instructing water sports for 10 years; giving me ample teaching experience for both individual tuition and in a group setting. I provide tuition for up to GCSE and A-level. I can also provide tuition for undergraduate pupils in relevant modules, as well as proof reading for scientific writing.

Each lesson I provide will be tailored to the requirements and level of the pupil. I can cover lessons on relevant topics from the pupil’s syllabus to aid a deeper understanding of the content, as well as give revision sessions for upcoming exams, and proof read scientific essays. In addition, I can run workshops on the more complicated scientific principles as requested. I have a flexible and adaptive approach, depending on which learning style suits pupils best.
