I know Manali aka Diksha for some years. I have seen her performance both on/off stage. She has a strong command on Rabindra Sangeet.
Moreover, she interpretes the numbers rather than copying others format which is a rare quality among contemporary Rabindra Sangeet artists. In classical genre, her reputation is no less than that of Rabindra Sangeet. She is a friendly, liberal and cool young lady with a spirit of a teacher. If someone seeks theoritical help, Manali is on it.
