I am a business professional with a strong academic background and practical experience in management, leadership, logistics and procurement. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business and Logistics and an MBA specializing in International Leadership, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Originally from Europe, my international journey has broadened my perspective on different cultures, professional environments and approaches to business. I believe that understanding different perspectives is an important part of becoming an effective leader and manager.

Throughout my professional career, I have gained experience in sales management, logistics coordination and procurement management. These roles have allowed me to develop a practical understanding of business operations, organizational planning, teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making. I bring these real-world experiences into my lessons to help students connect academic concepts with the challenges businesses face every day.

My approach to teaching is friendly, patient and structured. I believe every student can make progress with the right guidance, clear explanations and a supportive learning environment. My professional experience includes sales management, logistics coordination and procurement management. These roles have given me practical knowledge of business operations, team coordination, leadership, strategic planning, supplier relationships and organisational performance.

I bring this combination of academic education and professional experience to my lessons, helping students understand not only what management theories mean, but also how they are used in the workplace.
