I used to work as a tutor for two years with students with special needs. I have only HD's in my accounting subjects and did really well at maths and environment sciences back in school. If I do not know the answer to something I will find it out immediately and find an innovative way to remember it

I definitely do not believe in memorizing anything to quote by memory. If we can focus on understanding theory and applying it there is never a need to cram information into our heads and take the struggle bus in remembering them.
