**Class 2: Email Basics with Outlook**
- Introduction to Outlook: understanding its features and functionalities.
- Email essentials: composing, sending, receiving, and managing emails.
- Organizing emails with folders, categories, and filters.

**Class 3: Calendar Management**
- Exploring the Outlook calendar: scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Managing calendar views and reminders.
- Sharing calendars and scheduling meetings with others.

**Class 4: Document Creation with Word**
- Introduction to Microsoft Word: creating, editing, and formatting documents.
