About Lyka
I am a licensed professional teacher and a graduate of Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU) – Sta. Cruz Main Campus with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. I currently teach Physical Education and MAPEH and have experience teaching Basic English and Filipino. I am committed to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and develop their skills. I believe every learner has the potential to succeed with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. My goal is to help students gain knowledge, improve their confidence, and achieve their academic goals through well-prepared, interactive, and personalized lessons.

My approach as a tutor is student-centered, interactive, and practical. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, demonstrations, guided practice, and regular feedback to help students understand concepts effectively. A typical lesson begins with a short review, followed by the introduction of new topics, interactive activities, practice exercises, and a summary with assessment. I adapt my teaching methods to match each student's learning style, pace, and needs. As a Physical Education and MAPEH teacher, I also integrate hands-on activities to make learning enjoyable and meaningful. My lessons are suitable for elementary, junior high school, senior high school, and college students who need support in Physical Education, MAPEH, Basic English, and Filipino.
