Hi there!
I'm Jeremy, an avid classical guitarist.
Teaching Methodology:
I recommend 1hr lessons, however, we can discuss lesson times. I will also need the score of the music beforehand to familiarise myself with it so that I can provide the best feedback possible.
-Technique: I will work with a condensed version of mainstream scales and arpeggios tailored to your needs. If needed, I can compose exercises to supplement the lesson. I also use Carcassi and Sor studies to help hone techniques whilst maintaining freedoms of interpretation.
-Expression: I will guide students to work on their own interpretations through a variety of ways such as dynamics, tone colours, and extended techniques. I will also provide my own interpretations as suggestions but students do not have to follow them. However, I make sure their decisions not to do something is based on opinion not on a technical limit.
Structure: Lessons will begin with you playing the piece. Then we will discuss the piece through technical and expressive purposes. I will also give demonstrations to help.

Grade 8 distinction
A-levels: A* A* A
GCSEs: 12A*s, i.e (8 Grade 9s, 2 Grade 8s, 1 A*, 1A^) with full marks in composition and performance in GCSE Music.
Also performed in many solo lunchtime concerts as well as ensemble concerts such as classical guitar duos/trios/quartets and flute and guitar duos.

Anyone who has a strong passion for the classical guitar. Whether a one-off lesson for some external feedback or consecutive lessons to hone your skill as a musician.
Anyone can be my student regardless of age/skill, and I guarantee you will learn something.
