About Kgothatso
I’m Kgothatso based in SA and I’m 21 years of age. Learning at the university in Gqeberha. I started my fitness journey in high school but I had no one rooting for me. My environment and my friends didn’t think I needed the change that I desperately needed. Everyday after school I’d look forward to sports because even I was out of breath and my throat was super dry, I felt good afterwards. Coming to university I had the proper guidance from strangers and now I want offer the same service with a touch of ME in it.

Okay, it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning or better yet it’s just hard starting your journey. You know what makes it fun though? When you talking a walk or when you wake up in the morning that is your fitness starting point! Walks are undermined but it’s a little as that, don’t worry I’m not talking hikes ( just yet). Giving your self 30-45 minutes each day to exercise can relieve so much stress from the body. It leaves you feeling better and energised.
