About Rachel
As a daughter of 2 teachers I have always enjoyed helping people overcome difficulties in academia. I have tutored many people and helped them understand concepts from 11+ to A level mathematics, GCSE Biology and GCSE Chemistry
I consider myself to be patient and understanding of the challenges of STEM subjects. It is so rewarding to find new methods of explanation that fit a specific individual and their needs. Always happy to discuss, pre-session, what it is you struggle with so that I can prepare material that will best help you.
I have the IT facilities to draw out explanations over video call to further aid learning.
Reading Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Sheffield (2nd Year). A levels included Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry.

I have observed Rachel deliver lessons on various practical and theoretical based subjects for a number of years, to her peers and younger pupils.
In particular this reference relates to the last subject topic that I observed Rachel deliver, which was Rock Climbing in Spain. On this particular instance Rachel was my assistant on the activity and was being mentored in the safe delivery of Single Pitch rock climbing.
