About Hugo
I am currently studying Psychology and Sports Science at university (1st year) and I would feel comfortable tutoring in both these disciplines. My A levels were only last summer and I know first-hand the amount of stress they can cause! However, I will prepare you with the necessary skills so that the exams seem less daunting. Throughout my A levels I consistently got A grades, however I struggled to get those A* grades. Eventually, after persistent practice and useful tips and tricks I managed to get an A* in both these subjects. I would like to share my knowledge and exam technique advice with you so that you are ready for those summer exams! I have previous experience studying online at both A level and GCSE standard.
Sessions will be tailored to your needs and I will help you with any queries you may have or go over topics which are maybe more challenging. I will include lots of exam questions, I did about every past paper possible and the practice really did pay-off! Some questions we will work through together and some questions you will do on your own so that I can assess strengths and weaknesses of your writing. As well as helping you with course material, I can also offer you help with revision strategies. I had some very good techniques which helped me learn the course content- there really is a lot, I know you may feel like there is too much, but I am here to reassure you that you can get through it just like I did!
