As a current AP Literature student who earned a 30 on the ACT, I use a "reverse-engineering" technique with my students. For the ACT, I focus on strategic scanning, teaching you the logic of the exam so you can find the right answers faster without getting bogged down in dense, confusing text.
A typical lesson with me is high-energy and focused. We usually start with a quick check to troubleshoot any hurdles from your school week, followed by a skill deep-dive where we tackle active practice, like outlining an AP essay or timing a practice ACT section. We finish with a "why" review, where we analyze mistakes together to ensure the logic clicks for next time. What sets me apart is that I’m currently "in the trenches" of high school right alongside you.
