About Paige

My experience includes 28 years of working with people of all ages in various settings, including schools, learning centers, institutes, private homes, retreats and workshops, as well as mediating in organizations. Clients report higher self-esteem, improved relationships and an increased sense of ease and relaxation.

About the lesson

As a progressive educator and tutor/coach, I focus on self-esteem and wellbeing as foundations to learning and thriving. I continuously update my own learning in Interpersonal Neurobiology and Communication, to finely tune skills that provide the deepest impact on people’s lives.
Efficiency is key to my approach, so I optimize the way our brains learn. I tailor my approach to each student and learning style, inviting feedback and learning about what works best for each student, then creating lessons that incorporate those strengths and preferences. These tools and strategies propel adults, teens and kids to truly transform their lives. As people become more mindful, and improve both internal and external dialogues, their academics, careers, and social/emotional realms flourish!
Much of my work involves Compassionate Communication, specifically the work of Marshall B. Rosenberg and the Center for Nonviolent Communication, (concealed information) Named after Gandhi’s philosophy of nonviolence, Nonviolent Communication teaches us how to return to our natural state of positive self-nurturing and interpersonal relationships, un-training our society’s story featuring criticism, blame and harsh judgment.
