About Sean
I am a long distance athlete, I raced the mile to 3200m in high school and currently race 1500-10k in college. I have knowledge of how to make workouts that benefit the distance you specifically train for if it is from mile to 3200 or 5k to 10k and even if it’s just one specific race. I took courses at Foundation Sports Camp that have helped me with my training. I enjoy helping runners reach their goal I have helped some of the kids on my old high school team and they have improved so much.

Details
The rate is just put in there, when we have our first free meeting I will discuss with you about how the rate works. It’s basically like a package there is beginner which starts at $10-$15, intermediate starts at $20-$25, and experienced starts at $30-$35. The price varies because there is also additional things you can add which are optional. I am flexible with pricing and we can talk more about on the first call meeting.
