About Jared
I started tutoring finance by accident. In university I'd end up explaining stuff to my mates before exams, for free, mostly because I got it and they didn't, and somewhere in there I realized I liked doing it more than I expected. I'm in Malaysia right now taking on students, and I'll be back in the UK eventually, but lessons carry on online after that, so this isn't a short-term thing. Did my Master's at London Business School, passed CFA Level I, and worked in equity research. If something takes a thousand tries to click, we do it a thousand times.

I teach undergrad students, and pre-university students figuring out if finance is right for them, one-on-one. I usually start by working out what's actually tripping someone up, sometimes it's a concept, sometimes it's just not knowing how to approach a calculation or exam question, then build practice around that. My background includes a Master's from London Business School, CFA Level I, and equity research experience.
