About Elizabeth
I am an experienced college instructor with degrees in English literature, modern history and film studies. Most recently, I have been teaching at a local university for the past 3 years. Each semester, I average 40-60 students with all levels of English abilities.

My teaching style is innovative, engaging, and immersive. Literature and the English language can be very boring IF it is not talked about in an thoughtful way. I love building students' confidence and proficiency while also considering their interests and goals.

Details
I am available to travel; however, if the destination is greater than 8 miles from my home, there will be an additional $5 per lesson.
Also, I understand that cancellations can and will happen. I request at least 4 hours notification beforehand. If I am notified in a shorter amount of time, the lesson will be charged at half-rate.
