I individualize my approach based on the student's unique strengths and needs. I assess the need for support then develop a lesson plan. I try to weave student's interests into our lessons to maximize engagement and productivity. I focus on reinforcing student's strengths while boosting their weaknesses. I can teach a range of English topics (literary analysis, grammar, writing support, etc) to middle and high school students.
