About Sangeeta
I am a psychology teacher. I have done my M.A in "COGNITIVE PSYCHOLOGY " and also got trained in CBT ( COGNITIVE behaviour therapy). With teaching I take counselling classes of students those are dealing with stress, anxiety or anger issues
