About Emma Jane
I currently hold two degrees in English Literature and Philosophy from Rhodes University in South Africa. For my undergraduate, I completed a quadruple major in English, Philosophy, Classics, as well as German Studies (all distinctions). I have been tutoring for 7 years and have also coached debating at both a league and provincial level.

My teaching methodology is admittedly rather unconventional. I place priority on rigour, dialogue, detail, and fervour more than anything else as I feel these are the most useful pedagogical strategies for students. Naturally, my teaching always involves plenty of discourse.
