About Sebastian
Looking forward to helping students get their best grade possible, whilst also helping them to nurture their own interest in the subject.
Going into my 3rd year at the University of Edinburgh studying Linguistics and English Language. I have also taken modules in French and Mathematics at university.
Did not receive tutoring myself, so have learnt to develop effective revision and learning techniques through lots of trial and error.
Achieved 9 Grade 9s in GCSE’s.
Achieved 4 A* grades in A-levels (including French, Maths, English Literature).

Flexible lesson times and durations on zoom including during holidays.
Keen focus on providing interesting and engaging lesson plans.
Discussion-based lessons, sharing ideas and a mutual interest in the literature.
Will provide in-depth notes and revision techniques used to get grade 9 GCSE and A* A-level qualifications.
The biggest factor in getting the highest grades is exam technique, and understanding what the exam board’s marking scheme is explicitly asking for, and so I will also have lesson plans focused on this.
