About Alicia

Hi! I’m Alicja—a lifelong language enthusiast with a genuine curiosity about people, cultures, and the way we communicate.

My background is in linguistics and Romance Philology, and I speak Polish and English fluently, as well as Spanish and French. But for me, language has never been just an academic subject. My love of travel, meeting people from different backgrounds, and understanding human psychology has shaped the way I think about communication and learning.

I believe we learn best when we’re engaged, curious, and comfortable enough to actually use the language—not when we’re simply memorizing rules. That’s why I bring a very personal and practical approach to teaching. I enjoy discovering how each person learns, what motivates them, and what they actually want to accomplish with the language.

I’m naturally energetic, curious, and people-oriented, and I love creating conversations that go beyond textbook exercises. Whether your goal is to speak more confidently, travel, improve your professional communication, or simply feel more natural in everyday conversations, I want our lessons to feel like something you look forward to—not another obligation on your schedule.

Most importantly, I want to help you build confidence and develop skills that stay with you long after our lessons are over.

About the lesson

My lessons are far from boring. We’ll start by getting to know your current level, learning style, and individual goals so I can create lessons specifically tailored to you and ensure steady, meaningful progress.

Rather than relying on memorization and repetitive exercises, we’ll learn through real-life conversations, practical situations, and problem-solving. My goal is to make every lesson engaging and inspiring, so learning happens naturally—and the skills you develop stay with you long after the lesson is over.

My approach combines years of studying linguistics with my passion for travel, people, and psychology. This unique mix allows me to understand not only how languages work, but also how different people learn, communicate, and build confidence. I’m excited to bring all of that into our lessons and help you make the language truly your own.
