About Xiaoxiao
2015-2016: I worked as an English teacher as well as an international Chinese teacher at a language
training centre for my internship in China.
2016-2017: I have participated in the Business Confucius Institute at the University of Leeds as a
volunteer, helping to promote Chinese language and culture in the region.

I am now a postgraduate student studying Linguistics and Language Teaching at the University of Leeds. I have already got a certificate of International Chinese Language Teachers and Mandarin Chinese Rating Certificate in China. I am a Mandarin native speaker who really would like to give lessons to people who really want to learn some Chinese.
My lessons will cover pronunciation, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, writing, popular Chinese words, daily communication, and Chinese culture. Most importantly, the lesson will be designed according to students' needs and current proficiency.
Unique teaching methods will be used in my class. The lesson could be given at home, cafe, outdoors or online. It's very flexible and enjoyable! It's all up to you! No matter what level you are, all Mandarin learners at any ages are welcome!
