About Emilia
After 7 years of experience in events and sports, I discovered the need that all women have to be guided and supported into defining ourselves. I specialize in girls aged 7-12 years mainly and in women who want to better themselves and be physically active. I focus on sports as a method of empowerment, trust, union and leadership.

We go through very personal topics, where we analyze what are those thoughts or self-limiting acts, why were they born and since when you allow them to dominate you, this in order to move forward while understanding where we come from. We find ways in which you find fulfillment and work on repeating those feelings. This transformation requires great discipline and a very solid decision of wanting to change.
