About Am
PI’m Alice, an experienced educator and SEND specialist with over 15 years’ experience working with children and adults.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people who think, communicate and learn in very different ways. I’ve become particularly interested in understanding what makes things easier for an individual, rather than assuming there is one approach that works for everyone.
I’m also a qualified yoga teacher and have a long-standing interest in positive psychology, wellbeing and how we understand ourselves.
My approach is warm, practical and individual. I’m not there to tell you what you should do — I’m there to help you think things through and find an approach that works for you.

Life coaching for when things feel complicated, competing or unclear.
Sometimes there isn't a straightforward answer. You might be juggling several things that all matter, facing a difficult decision, wondering what comes next or simply feeling like you don't have enough space to think clearly.
My sessions give you that space.
We’ll take time to understand what’s going on, untangle what’s competing for your attention and explore what matters to you. I’ll listen, ask questions, challenge your thinking where it might help and offer different perspectives to consider.
There are no perfect answers. The aim is to help you make sense of things and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Sessions are individual and confidential, with the focus shaped around what you bring.
This might be useful if you are:
- facing a difficult decision
- juggling several competing priorities
- questioning what next
- trying to work out what you actually want
- struggling to find space to think clearly
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
