As an ESL teacher, I make my lessons engaging, interactive, and learner-centered. I focus not only on teaching vocabulary and grammar but also on helping students use English naturally in real-life conversations.
For young learners, I use age-appropriate activities, visual materials, repetition, questions, and positive reinforcement to keep them motivated and involved. I encourage students to speak, participate, and express themselves confidently rather than simply memorize answers.
I also adjust my teaching style according to each student's level, personality, and learning needs. For adult learners, I focus more on practical communication, conversational English, and situations they may encounter in their daily lives or workplace.
