Cancellations are accepted up to three hours prior to the lesson. For pre-paid, multiple lessons, we will reschedule. For single session lessons, we will reschedule a new time, but additional cancelations will need to be reviewed for an ongoing relationship. Cancellations after the three hour window will still be charged, and will only be rescheduled on a case by case basis.
