About Sha

I currently teach chess at schools across the U.S. and have online students from diverse locations such as Los Angeles, Oxford, Dubai, and Hong Kong.

My chess journey began at age 5, and I graduated from the renowned Chess Academy of Armenia, where I trained under Grandmasters from Armenia and other countries. My passion and dedication to the game have earned me numerous national and international tournament victories.

At 17, I shifted my focus to teaching, earning a Teaching License from the Ministry of Education and the President of the Chess Academy. My mission is to instill a love of chess in my students, whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills.

In our initial session, we'll assess your current chess level to decide if we should begin with the basics, focus on calculations, or dive into in-depth analysis. This first meeting also allows us to get acquainted and ensure you find our lessons enjoyable and beneficial.
