About Bethany
Last year I took the new GCSE exams, they are hard, there is no denying it. However, literature is one of those amazing subjects where you can go so deep into analysis that you forget you are taking an exam because you are enjoying it so much. I have always loved to read, in fact, I believe my passion for it started when I was 9 years old and read Harry Potter for the first time. From that moment on, I have loved reading and would love to inspire others to love it like I do. These exams don't have to be just another load of stress to add on, they can be a sense of freedom and enjoyment if you take the time to understand the beauty and creativity of these texts.

Hello all,
My name is Bethany, but most people like to call me Beth. Last year I took my GCSE's so I understand how you may be feeling; stressed? concerned? Well, I am always here to help you through this process because I took the exams and I know what to expect. Thankfully I consider myself to be a nice person so I won't be one of those teachers who boss you around or makes you bored, at least I hope not...My method of teaching will be influenced by that of my own teachers at GCSE, who in my opinion, were the best teachers anyone could ask for. We will always have an aim for each lesson, a specific target to reach and hopefully we will be successful (fingers crossed!). Thank you for taking the time to consider me, I will try my very best to help you as much as possible.
