About Vanshika
Hi! I am currently a second year A-level student studying Biology, Economics and Psychology.
I have experience tutoring children aged 8 and above aiding them improve skills such as reading, writing and reasoning to help them excel in their studies. I understand how difficult and overwhelming all the concepts can be but I aim to help break them down into simple, understandable components using techniques such as analogies.
I have done one-to-one tutoring in Maths, English and Science. I also have experience in teaching a Year 11 class of 30 pupils lessons in Psychology.

Hi! I am a second year A-level student studying Biology, Economics and Psychology and I have been tutoring for over 2 years now. Having been through and experienced countless mock and GCSE exams first hand, I understand how overwhelming and daunting it can be but I hope to make learning more manageable and fun by utilising a range of resources such as flashcards and visual interpretations of diagrams.
All my lessons are adapted to fit my tutee's learning style creating a plan which works for them.
I am passionate about the subjects. The length of each of my sessions ranges between 1-2 hours depending on the subject level. I teach Biology (Foundation and Higher), Economics, Psychology and Maths (Foundation) up to GCSE level. I also offer classes for children aged 9 and above preparing for their Arithmetic, Reasoning, Reading and SPaG SATs . I aim to break down content into simple, understandable components which can be linked together covering the specification. I also use techniques such as acronyms and mnemonics for memorisation.
I ensure to incorporate spaced repetition in the topics which are taught and put the knowledge learnt into practice using exam questions and regular past papers to highlight areas which require improvement.
