About Raashi
My name is Raashi Padhiyar and I have just completed my A Levels in Maths, Biology and Chemistry, hope to achieve A*'s in those subjects. At GCSE I attained 9's in all sciences and an 8 in Maths, and have been able to gain experience through mentoring students at school and in other schools of teaching and communication with students. I learnt how to adapt my teaching methods to different learning approaches that students had, and was able to relate to students on a more personal level as I had recently been through those exams, so students felt comfortable to ask questions to clarify their understanding. The feedback I received from those students was heartwarming as even in a short period of time the techniques and tips I was able to teach those students really helped them in their mock exams and I was grateful to be able to help those students in that way.

I offer a holistic approach to tutoring as not only do I make sure each student understands each concept, but I also focus greatly on past paper questions and knowing what the mark schemes are looking for, as this will aid students to be concise when answering questions and become more confident in their own abilities. My aim is to be able to make students more confident in their understanding as well as teach revision methods that will not only help them currently but in the future as well, as they can be applied to any situation or subject. Overall, my demonstration of good communication skills, approachable nature and holistic attitude to learning shows my ability as an online tutor and my objectives that I want to achieve in this career.
