About Anna
I'm a passionate English student, just like yourselves who thrives on the depth and curiosity within our language and the use of this in everyday life, non-fiction and fiction. I volunteered my secondary school personal social time to have one-to-one numeracy mentoring sessions every week with struggling students, it was beneficial to widen my direct communication with another individual and providing me with valuable experience and a possible grasp of teacher as a possible future career which interests me.

The aim of my lessons is to find the weaknesses and struggles of a student within their studies, then work and progress through a series of carefully linked tasks and exercises to perfect this skill into improving the student's education and confidence upon this chosen weakness. By doing this not only does the student have a bigger grasp upon their chosen subject and move up to a higher level within this sector, it also benefits their writing and numeracy skills within every aspect of their life, not simply just for the purpose of the school cirriculum. The student needs to agree that they understand their learning for their own potential, not just memorise and copy certain techniques for the sole purposes of exam.
