About Alex
I am a highly educated person, along with my personal training qualification I have BTEC in Sports Science and a degree in Sport, Leisure and Culture. Some of the modules covered were sports psychology, coaching, exercise and nutrition. I use elements from all of these modules in my coaching sessions.
I like to push clients beyond where they think their body and mind can go. At first it will be easy, we don't want any injuries and we want to make sure all education is absorbed. But from then on, it really is all systems go. You will suffer as much as I have during my 14 years of experience! But the results will be breathtaking, both as a personal trainer, and as a client.
I don't need to shout or scream at you to get results, that's not my style (maybe on the odd occasion). But I will make sure you feel like you don't want to let me down!

Private mentorship available for newly qualified personal trainers or more established trainers who are struggling to gain traction.
Some of the focus will be on:
1 - how to grow client base
2 - how to build revenue streams
3 - affiliate marketing
*Forget about all the social media nonsense in an attempt to gain clients. Go and talk in person to your target audience!*
One-to-one in-person client (18 years +) sessions will focus on:
1 - weight loss
2 - body fat reduction
3 - muscle gain
All abilities are welcomed but the client must be 18 years old +. We all have to start somewhere!
I am a personal trainer with over 14 years' experience and have delivered over 1000 client sessions. I have played rugby for Staffordshire County, won Pure Gym Business of the Year awards, done photoshoots to bolster my business, created hundreds of exercise and diet plans, delivered thousands of one-to-one sessions, and bootcamps.
All my one-to-one sessions with personal trainers and with clients are 60 minutes long. Block bookings are available at a discounted price.
