About Oliver
I am a Warwick Maths graduate with 2 years tutoring experience. I tutored alongside my degree, which helped me keep on top of my maths skills while developing more insight behind some of the methods used at A-level. I am passionate about tutoring and love seeing students progress across the span of our lessons. I enjoy explaining the A-level methodology to the students' desired level, either going in depth to give reasoning behind the methods or providing surface level logic with exam technique advice.

Maths requires a lot of practice in order to develop good problem-solving skills. In my lessons I try to combine taught sections, to fill in gaps left from lessons, alongside practice sections, to get stuck in with some A-level maths practice questions. Past papers are abundant and offer a good insight into what the exam boards are looking for, so past paper practice is a key part of the pre-exam lead-up. They help nail down key methods as well as conveying the level of mathematical ability required for the exam.
