My teaching method revolves highly around the individual. I first attempt to identify what the individual or group knows about a topic. Then where their relevant knowledge gap's are. With this I can construct a "Scaffold", a support that gets the student from their knowledge to where they need to be. With this Scaffold they can explore and learn at their own (but quick) pace, with me taking away levels of support as necessary to aid learning.
I also employ a number of memory tricks and mnemonics, alongside analogies, to aid the understanding of big concepts by a deep understanding of their fundemental parts
