Hello! My name is Zayna, and I am passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed in learning Arabic in a supportive and engaging environment. I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals, whether they are learning Arabic for travel, academics, professional development, religious studies, or conversational fluency. I believe language learning should feel interactive and practical rather than memorization-heavy, so I focus on helping students use Arabic naturally from the very beginning.

My teaching method combines conversational practice, vocabulary building, pronunciation training, grammar explanation, and real-life application. I adapt my techniques depending on the student’s learning style and level. For beginners, I focus on foundational reading, writing, pronunciation, and everyday phrases. For intermediate and advanced learners, I emphasize fluency, sentence structure, comprehension, and cultural nuances through discussion-based learning. I also incorporate repetition, visual learning, listening exercises, and scenario-based conversations to strengthen retention and speaking confidence.

A typical lesson is structured but flexible. Lessons often begin with a brief review of previous material, followed by introduction of new vocabulary or grammar concepts. Students then practice through guided conversation, reading exercises, pronunciation work, and interactive activities. I like to end each session with a summary and practical takeaways that students can immediately apply outside the classroom.
