About Richa
I work as a English language resource person and working with teachers and students on pedagogical content knowledge of English. It’s been my fourth year of working in this field and I feel the most important aspect is to develop the love for the subject among students.

My methodology is to contextualise the content according to the level of students. To assess students I prefer continuous assessment which happens while I am taking the class through my talk with them in between and through worksheets which I design for them.
