About Sristhi

To me learning is a two-way process. I place a lot of emphasis on not only providing knowledge but helping students to put that knowledge into use. My only success as a teacher will be if I can captivate the student's interest in the subject.

As a teacher, I aim at building conceptual knowledge through experiential learning. I want my students to be independent learners where they take responsibility for their learning. To make learning more meaningful, I share online resources and live worksheets with my students. I believe in taking regular assessments as it helps both learners and facilitators to assess their performance and achieve excellence by overcoming weaknesses.
