About Palesa
My teaching method is patient, playful and simple.
I start by checking what your child already knows, then I teach step by step using games, stories, songs and pictures. For ages 4-10 I keep lessons short, fun and full of encouragement so they don't get bored.
For reading and phonics I use sounds and sight words. For homework I explain slowly and let the child try first.
I teach online via WhatsApp Video or Zoom in the evenings and Saturdays. I give small tasks to practise after class.
Every child is different, so I adapt my lesson to your child's pace.

Hello! My name is Palesa, and I offer friendly, patient and engaging online tutoring for children aged 4–10.
I believe that children learn best when they feel comfortable, encouraged and supported. My goal is to make online lessons fun, interactive and easy to understand, while helping each child build confidence in their abilities.
I can assist with:
• School readiness for ages 4–6
• Alphabet, phonics and early reading
• Reading practice and comprehension
• English language support
• Spelling and vocabulary
• Basic Mathematics and numeracy
• Homework assistance
• School projects and activities
• Developing good study and learning habits
My approach:
I adapt activities to suit each child's age, ability and learning needs. Younger children can expect fun, engaging activities, while older learners can receive structured support with their schoolwork and homework.
Online lessons
Lessons can be conducted through WhatsApp video or Google Meet, depending on what works best for the parent and child.
