About Alexandra
I have always been a keen reader and as long as I can remember I have wanted to teach. I’m currently in my undergrad degree and after I complete this I will hopefully do a Masters in teaching.
Studying English is something which I have always enjoyed and my aim is to make both JC and LC English enjoyable and achievable.
English is often an overlooked subject but in my opinion it is one of the most difficult subjects in the Irish schooling and deserves equal recognition to the STEM subjects.

Each tutoring session is completely individual and catered for the particular student. All students will be given a progress sheet weekly which will include homework, recommended reading and general comments. Correcting work is vital in English to get an idea of where you are so every lesson the student will get back a piece of work they have given me with concise marking and comments.
