About Varsha

Hi! I’m Varsha, a native Tamil speaker from Ooty, Tamil Nadu. I have completed my Master’s degree, and Tamil has always been a language I truly love.

I have studied Tamil throughout my education, and I have consistently scored above 95/100 in Tamil. But for me, Tamil was never just about getting good marks. The way I learned Tamil was by enjoying the language itself.

I believe that when you enjoy a language, learning it becomes much easier and more natural. That is the same approach I want to bring into my classes.

Whether you want to learn Tamil from the basics, read and write, understand grammar, improve your vocabulary, or become confident in speaking and understanding Tamil, I’ll guide you step by step in a friendly and comfortable way.

I don’t believe learning should feel like memorizing a textbook. We can learn, practice, make mistakes, laugh a little, and improve together!

So whether you're a school student, college student, adult, or a complete beginner, you're welcome to learn Tamil with me.

My Teaching Techniques & Methods

I believe learning Tamil should be simple, enjoyable, and practical—not something that feels difficult or stressful. As a native Tamil speaker from Ooty, Tamil Nadu, I use Tamil every day and have studied the language throughout my education.

My lessons are designed according to each student's level and learning goal. I can help you learn Tamil reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, sentence formation, and everyday conversation.

How a Typical Class Works

Each class is interactive and easy to follow. We usually begin with a quick revision of what we learned previously, followed by a new topic. I explain concepts step by step, give examples, and encourage students to practice during the lesson.

Depending on your goal, we may work on:

* Tamil letters and reading
* Writing and spelling
* Vocabulary and sentence formation
* Basic to advanced grammar
* Pronunciation
* Reading and understanding Tamil
* Everyday conversations
* Speaking and listening practice

I also encourage students to ask questions freely. Mistakes are completely okay—my goal is to make you comfortable and confident while learning.

All Tamil classes are conducted completely online through Zoom or Google Meet, allowing you to learn comfortably from anywhere.

Regular Classes
Regular lessons are 1 hour and will be scheduled according to mutual availability.

Lesson Packs
The 5-hour and 10-hour packs are available only occasionally and on selected days, depending on my availability.

5-hour pack: Available mainly on Saturdays or on specific days mentioned by me.
10-hour pack: Available only occasionally and at specific times, based on availability.

Please contact me before booking a 5-hour or 10-hour pack so that we can confirm a suitable schedule.
