About Carolina

I am a psychology student, I have extensive knowledge in human talent management, institutional well-being, conflict management, positive psychology and personal development. I really like everything related to grief, a subject little talked about but that should be known. I also have a technique in marketing and sales, I have knowledge of organizational and work psychology, organizational communication and personal skills. I have carried out projects aimed at problematic questions related to sleep hygiene, general well-being, altruistic behaviors, self-schemas, normative and non-normative grief, and psychosocial risks within the workplace. As for my involvement with art, I spent 4 and a half years in a music school where they taught me vocal technique, piano, flute and violin. Body expression is something very characteristic of my personality, if you have problems with that and with communication in public I can help you. I hope to be of great help to you, with my experience.

About the lesson

The teaching methodology that I use is oriented to the deductive method where my students will be able to explore and learn from particular propositions, I like to carry out classes in a semi-structured and organized way to achieve goals and objectives previously raised in the learning space. For me it is of utmost importance to generate an atmosphere of tranquility and openness so that the student can carry out their tasks effectively, I focus a lot on horizontal relationships, that is, together we will co-build and generate knowledge. Learning by doing is a method that is always left to last, but what makes us masters is practice.
